DIFC COURTS ADVOCACY TRAINING 2024

The DIFC Courts, in collaboration with the International Advocacy Training Council (IATC), is organising an advocacy training course.
The training course is designed to teach the basics of advocacy in the common law adversarial process, utilising the Hampel method of advocacy teaching. The method requires participants to perform as advocates in a simulated courtroom environment under the guidance of experienced and trained practitioners who will observe their performance and offer guidance.
The training will be delivered by experienced judges and senior advocates from common law jurisdictions such as Hong Kong, South Africa, United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia.
Fees for the three-day advocacy training is AED 3,500
