ORDER

UPON the application of the Respondents made during the hearing on 12 August 2008 and UPON HEARING counsel for the Applicant and counsel for each of the First and Second Respondents;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The Judgment and associated Orders in this matter be released into the public domain.

 

2. The identity of the individuals named in any Court document be redacted before that Court document is released into the public domain or made available for inspection by persons who are not parties to the proceedings.

 

3. The First and Second Respondents be referred to as “A” and “B” respectively in all Court documents released into the public domain or made available for inspection by persons who are not parties to the proceedings.

  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
