DIFC Courts

The senior management of the DIFC Courts are committed to the continual improvement of the quality management system by:

  1. Providing consistent, competitive, cost effective and client centric services that seek to meet and exceed customer expectations;
  2. Monitoring, measuring, and implementing corrective actions on processes, employees, and departmental performance as a part of its service delivery improvement plan;
  3. Meeting the applicable legal and regulatory requirements; and,
  4. Complying with the requirement as per ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard.
