IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The Default Judgment dated 11 January 2009 be set aside.

 

2. The Defendant may file a Defence within 14 business days of this Order.

 

3. The Claimant may file a Reply to Defence within 14 business days after service of the Defence.
