UPON reading the documents recorded on the Court file

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Sarah Decker attend the DIFC Courts on 14 May 2009 at 1.30pm to:

(a) provide information about the First Defendant’s means and any other information needed to enforce the Judgment or Order given on 24 November 2008 by the Court in Claim No: CFI 008/2007;
(b) produce the documents referred to in Schedule 1 annexed hereto;
(c) provide written answers to the questions set out in Schedule 2 annexed hereto.

 

2. Service of this Order be deemed duly served upon Sarah Decker being a Director of the First Defendant, upon service on the First Defendant by way of email to Jill Bauer at jb@8nvest.com by way of service upon Mr Ronnie Decker’s residence at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, namely Apartment 4011 Grosvenor House Hotel, PO Box 283142, Dubai, United Arab Emirates in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Court’s Order of 9 February 2009.

 

3. Personal service of this Order upon Sarah Decker to be dispensed with.

42. Are any goods supplied to the company subject to retention of title clause? If yes, describe the goods and entered the amount owned by the debtor.

45. Has the company sold any assets within the last 18 months? If yes, on what date and give the description of the assets, the buyers name and address and the purchase price.
