1. That until further order a non-party may not obtain from the Court records the Claim Form or any other document relating to this case without the permission of the Court on an application on notice to the claimant and defendant.

 

2. That until further order the claimant do not disclose the Claim Form or any other document relating to this case to any non-party (save for the purpose of obtaining legal advice).

  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
