UPON the First Respondent’s/Appellant’s Application for Permission to Appeal (Application 17/2011)

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1.The First Respondent/Appellant shall have permission to appeal the Order of 1 March 2011.

2. The Court shall grant the First Respondent’s/Appellant’s request for a stay of execution of the Order of H.E. Justice Ali Al Madhani dated 1 March 2011 pending final resolution of the Appellant’s appeal to the Court of Appeal or earlier Order of the Court.
