UPON REVIEWING the Defendant’s unredacted call reports

AND UPON REVIEWING the parties’ respective list of issues

AND UPON REVIEWING the parties’ agreed case memorandum

AND UPON REVIEWING the relevant correspondence in the case file

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendant’s objection to producing an unredacted call report from the meeting on 1 October 2009 is upheld.

 

2. The Defendant shall produce the following call reports by 12pm on 2 April 2013:

a. Meeting on 12 January 2009 – with numbered paragraphs 1 and 2 reinstated.
b. Meeting on 19 October 2008 – with the words “and the stake in Zain.” reinstated.
c. Discussion on 4 May 2009 – the full call report.

 

3. Costs in the case.

  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
