UPON reading the application of the First Defendant made with notice to the Claimants on 3rd January 2010;

AND UPON reading the Claimants’ response dated 4th January 2010;

AND UPON reading the First Defendant’s reply to the Claimant’s response dated 5th January 2010;

AND UPON reading the Claimants’ further response dated 6th January 2010;

AND UPON reading the First Defendant’s further reply dated 6th January 2010.

IT IS ORDERED as follows:

 

1. The Period for filing the First Defendant’s defence under RDC 16.9 be extended until 4pm on 21st January 2010.

 

2. The Claimants are to pay the First Defendant’s costs of the application, to be assessed if not agreed.

  7. DRA and all its affiliates shall provide a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan encompassing the locations within the scope of the ISMS.
  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
