UPON the Claimant having filed and served a Notice of Discontinuance on 26 July 2015 for part of the claim

AND FURTHER TO the Order of Discontinuance issued on 13 April 2015 discontinuing the claim against the Second Defendant

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the claim against the Third to Fourteenth Defendants be discontinued.
