Due to ongoing renovations, please note that as of Monday 30 October 2023, our primary premises at Gate 4 Ground Floor will be closed permanently. As such, all DIFC Courts personnel will operate on a remote basis. We will be in contact in the upcoming weeks with further details as to our new premises in the DIFC, due to open in December 2023.
We would like to assure you all that the Courts’ services will still be fully operational during this time, and to ensure that the needs of our users are met as seamlessly and efficiently as possible, the below practices shall be put into place:
Registry and enquiries
We continue to encourage practitioners and court users to email the Registry for all enquiries.

Please note that an enquiries’ desk will be located at the DIFC Gate 5 North reception.

Payment of court fees
Court filing fees may be paid either through wire transfer or online through the payment link you receive in an email upon filing a document on the Case Management System or can also be paid by way pf depositing cash or a cheque to the DIFC Courts’ bank details set out in the pro-forma invoice.
A reminder that for online payments, the payment cap is AED 30,000. If your payment is more than AED 30,000, please make payment through Wire transfer.
For wire transfers, please provide a Swift copy or payment advice of your transfer. For Cash and cheque deposits, please share the deposit slip through email.
All emails relating to payments must be sent to the Registry (firstname.lastname@example.org) and the DIFC Courts’ Finance department (email@example.com) attaching the necessary proof of payment. Please ensure that the case name and number is titled in the email. For more detailed enquiries regarding mode of payment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org copying in email@example.com.
Pro Bono clinic
The pro bono face to face clinics will be temporarily suspended until further notice. Eligible individuals will be provided with a free online consultation via the online portal here.
