UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed terms of settlement dated 22 January 2015 (the “Settlement Agreement”) set out in the Schedule hereto

AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed to the terms set out in this Order. 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT: 

1. The proceedings be stayed, save for the purpose of any application under paragraph 2 of this Order.

2. The parties have permission to apply to the Court of First Instance for enforcement of the terms set out in the Schedule to this Order.

3. There be no order as to costs.
