ORDER

UPON the application of the Dubai Financial Services Authority ("DFSA") with notice to the Defendants,

AND UPON and upon hearing counsel for the Claimant and the 1st and 2nd Defendants in person,

AND the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Defendants not appearing,

IT IS ORDERED as follows:

1. The joint application for adjournment made by the Claimants, 1st and 2nd Defendants has been granted. The application hearing has been adjourned to 10am on Monday, 30th April 2007.

 

2. The Claimants' application for default judgment in respect of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Defendants will be heard at 10am on Tuesday, 1st May 2007.

 

3. All parties have liberty to apply to vary or rescind this order on not less than 24 hours' notice in writing (including by email) to all parties.

 

4. The costs of this application are reserved.
