DEFAULT JUDGMENT

IN ACCORDANCE with Rule 13.7 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts;

AND UPON the request for a Default Judgment received from the Claimants dated 15 March 2011;

AND UPON reading the case documents along with the undertaking signed by Claimants' counsel dated 31 March 2011;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1 The request for Default Judgment is granted;
2 The Defendant is ordered to pay to the Claimants the full amount of AED 1,781,009.01 (One Million Seven Hundred Eighty One Thousand and Nine Dirhams and One Fil), or the US Dollar equivalent at the time of payment ("Judgment Amount") within 14 days.
3 The Defendant shall be liable to pay interest on the Judgment Amount from the date of this Judgment until payment in full at the judgment rate set out in the Rules of the DIFC Courts.
