UPON reviewing the relevant documents in the Court file;

AND UPON hearing the Claimant in person and the Defendant's counsel at the Pre-Trial Review hearing held on 12 September 2012;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

 

Trial Timetable

1. The Trial timetable be set as follows:

Trial Bundles

2. Further to item 13 of the CMC Order dated 13 June 2012 (the "CMC Order"), the Defendant will liaise with the Claimant to prepare trial bundles. Trial bundles to be lodged with the Court by 30 September 2012.

 

Skeleton Arguments

3. Paragraph 15 of the CMC Order be amended such that:
(a) the Claimant to file and serve his Skeleton Argument and any written Opening Statements by 4pm on Thursday, 11 October 2012;
(b) the Defendant to file and serve its Skeleton Argument and any written Opening Statements by 4pm on Monday, 15 October 2012.

 

Chronology

4. Paragraph 16 of the CMC Order be amended such that the parties prepare separate chronologies of significant events to be filed and served by 4pm on Thursday, 11 October 2012.

 

Trial Date

5. The trial in this matter is confirmed to take place at 10am on 18 October 2012.
