UPON the agreement of the Claimant and Defendant

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The stay of proceedings in CFI-002-2024 shall be extended to 24 April 2024 to allow the parties to engage in alternative dispute resolution

2. The deadline for the Defendant to file and serve their Defence shall be amended to 4pm on 3 May 2024.

3. The costs of this Order shall be costs in the case.
