1. All further proceedings in this claim be stayed, upon the terms set out in the schedule hereto, except for the purpose of carrying such terms into effect.

2. Each party shall have liberty to apply to the court in order to carry such terms into effect.

3. There be no Order as to costs of the proceedings or any part of them.
