THIS COURT ORDERS BY CONSENT:

 

1. The hearing of the Application is adjourned.

 

2. If the Application is to be pursued it will be heard either on 22 April 2010 or 24 June 2010.

 

3. Counsel for the Claimants shall advise the Registrar no later than 5pm on 18 April 2010 whether:

 

(a) a hearing is requested for 22 April 2010 or 24 June 2010;

 

or

 

(b) the application is withdrawn;

 

(c) if (b) whether any question of costs arises on the withdrawal.
