IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendant's objection to producing an unredacted call report from the meeting on 1 October 2009 is upheld.

2. The Defendant shall produce the following call reports by 12pm on 2 April 2013:

a. Meeting on 12 January 2009 - with numbered paragraphs 1 and 2 reinstated.

b. Meeting on 19 October 2008 - with the words "and the stake in Zain." reinstated.

c. Discussion on 4 May 2009 - the full call report.

3. Costs in the case.
