UPON an application by the Claimant by Application Notice dated 9 May 2010.

 

AND UPON the parties agreeing the terms and by consent

 

IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT:

 

1. The Claimant has permission to amend the Claim Form and Particulars of Claim in the form annexed to the Application Notice dated 9 May 2010.

 

2. The Claimant must serve the amended Claim Form and Particulars of Claim within three days of the date of this Order.

 

3. The Defendant shall serve its Defence within 28 days of the date of service of the amended Claim Form and Particulars of Claim.

 

4. There be no order as to costs.
