IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Pursuant to Rule 9.31 of the RDC, the Claimant is granted permission to serve Claim No. CFI 008/2013 and Particulars of the Claim (the "Claim") on Afras Limited by an alternative method of service, namely service by e-mail to the following addresses:

a. nanda.kumar@afras.ae; and

 

b. enquiry@afras.ae.

 

2. The Claim will be considered served on Afras Limited on the same business day as it is sent by email, if sent before 4pm that day, otherwise on the business day after the day on which it is sent; and

 

3. The costs of Application Notice CFI 008/2013/2 are costs in the case.
