UPON reading the First Witness Statement of DK Singh dated 7 August 2017 in support of Application Notice CFI 009/2017-1 (the “Application”) filed by KBH Kaanuun pursuant to Rule 37.2211 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts to come off record as the Defendant’s legal representatives in these proceedings.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

  1. KBH Kaanuun have ceased to be the legal representatives of the Defendant in the proceedings.

  2. The Defendant shall pay KBH Kaanuun’s costs of the application.
