UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed to stay proceedings on 28 December 2014 for settlement to be formalised;

AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed to extend the stay of proceedings on 11 January 2015;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Court proceedings shall be stayed from 11 January 2015 to 18 January 2015;
2. The Parties shall update the Court by no later than 4pm on Sunday, 18 January 2015 as to the progress of the settlement.
