UPON the Order issued by the Courts dated 20 May 2014 to stay proceedings for settlement negotiations;

AND UPON reviewing the consent letter dated 26 June 2014 and signed by both parties to extend the stay of proceedings until Monday, 21 July 2014;

AND PURSUANT to the Rules of the DIFC Courts;

IT IS HEREBY BY CONSENT ORDERED THAT:

1. The stay Order dated 20 May 2014 shall be extended until Monday, 21 July 2014.

2. The parties shall update the Courts with the outcome of the settlement negotiations by no later than 4pm on Tuesday, 22 July 2014.
