Court, until further order or following the Case Management Conference on 18 August 2009.
2. The Applicant (Defendant) is to prepare and serve on the Respondent (Claimant) by 12 noon 17 August 2009 proposed amended copies of the Particulars of Claim and Defence edited to show in a schedule the matters which it seeks to protect from disclosure to non-parties.
3. Costs be reserved to the further hearing on 18 August 2009.
