1. The date for the signed statements of witnesses of fact, witness summaries and hearsay notices be filed and exchanged by no later than 02 April 2015 and paragraph 07 of the Case Management Order of H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 17 November 2014 is varied accordingly.
2. Any witness statement evidence and witness summaries in reply to be filed and served by no later than 16 April 2015 and paragraph 08 of the Case Management Order of H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 17 November 2014 is varied accordingly.
