1. The costs payable by the Respondent to the Applicant are assessed in the sum of USD 100,000 plus VAT.
2. The Defendant is liable to settle the total Outstanding Liability of USD 100,000, accruing at a rate of 9% (as provided under Practice Direction No. 4 of 2017), from the date of this Order.
