AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms set forth in the Settlement Agreement between the parties dated 26 October 2017 set out as Schedule A to this Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. All further proceedings in this claim be stayed, except for the purpose of carrying such terms into effect.
2. Liberty to apply in order to carry such terms into effect.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs.
