UPON reviewing the correspondence from the parties

AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms set forth in a confidential Settlement Agreement

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. All further proceedings in this claim be stayed, except for the purpose of carrying such terms into effect.
2. The original of the Settlement Agreement shall be kept by the Claimant’s lawyers and a copy shall be kept by the Defendant’s lawyers.
3. Each party shall have liberty to apply to the Court to enforce those terms in the Settlement Agreement without the need to bring a new claim.
4. Save as set out in the Settlement Agreement, there shall be no order as to costs.
