IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. All further proceedings in this claim be stayed except for the purpose of carrying the terms of the agreement into effect.

2. The parties shall have liberty to apply in order to carry the terms of the agreement set out in the Schedule into effect.

3. There be no order as to costs.
