AND UPON reading the submissions submitted by the Claimants

 

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

 

1. The Claimants Application for extension of time for institution of proceedings in the name of Diwan Capital Ltd (in Liquidation) is granted.

 

2. The Court's Order, dated 15 August 2012, Paragraph 6 be varied as follows:

"The Claimants are to commence such of the proposed proceedings as they may be advised to bring by Sunday, 3 February 2013 or such later date as the Court may decide".
