PURSUANT TO the Order of Justice Wayne Martin dated 20 August 2020 (the “Order”)

AND UPON the parties having agreed that the deadline for filing and exchanging skeleton arguments, as provided for at paragraph 2(d) of the Order, be extended by 7 days

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. Paragraph 2(d) of the Order be varied to provide that the parties shall file and exchange skeleton arguments by 4pm on 9 December 2020.
