CONSENT ORDER FOR DISCONTINUANCE

UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed terms of settlement set forth in a confidential Settlement Agreement dated 22 April 2014 (the "Settlement Agreement") a copy of which is held by both the Claimant and the Defendant

AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed to the terms set out in this Order

AND UPON the Claimant having filed a P34/01 Notice of Discontinuance on 28 May 2014
AND UPON all outstanding Court fees having been settled

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Claimant's claims shall be discontinued with prejudice.
2. The Claimant's Appeal Notice shall be withdrawn with prejudice.
3. The terms of the Settlement Agreement shall be binding and remain confidential between the parties.
4. There be no order as to costs.
