CONSENT ORDER

UPON the Claimant and the Defendants having entered into an agreement to settle their dispute;

IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. This proceeding be stayed upon the terms set out in the confidential Settlement Agreement between the parties dated 9 September 2019, the original of which has been kept by the Claimant and a copy of which has been kept by the Defendants, except for the purpose of enforcing those terms.

2. The Claimant shall have permission to apply to the Court to enforce those terms without the need to bring a new claim.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs.
