UPON the First and Second Defendants' Application 78/2010

AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the First and Second Defendants

AND UPON reading the evidence

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

 

1. The Claimant to make an interim payment to the First and Second Defendant within 14 days of the date of this Order in the amount of AED 450,000 (Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dirhams), pursuant to Rule 38.13 of the RDC.

 

2. The Claimant to pay the First and Second Defendants' costs of this Application to be assessed if not agreed on a summary basis by the Registrar.
