UPON reading the Application of the First and Second Defendants made on 24 December 2009:

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

 

(1) Pursuant to Rule 19.1 of the RDC, the Claimant shall provide the information requested in each numbered paragraph of the First and Second Defendants' Request for Further Information served on 30 November 2009 and attached at Schedule A, by 4.30pm on 20 January 2010.

 

(2) The time for the First and Second Defendants to file and serve their Defence and Counterclaim be extended to 4.30pm on 3 February 2010.

 

(3) Costs of this Application reserved.
