IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendants' (Applicants in Application CFI 008/2013/05) request to vary the time limit for filing Appeal Notices in respect of Deputy Chief Justice Sir John Chadwick's Amended Order dated 15 July 2013 and H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi's Order dated 10 July 2013 is dismissed.

 

2. The Defendant (Respondent in Application CFI 008/2013/05) is awarded the costs of the Application summarily assessed on an indemnity basis at $2809.60
