UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed terms of settlement set forth in a confidential Settlement Agreement dated 11 April 2014 (the "Settlement Agreement") a copy of which is held by each of the Claimant and the Defendant

AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed to the terms set out in this Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. All further proceedings in this claim as between the Claimant and the Defendant only be stayed except for the purpose of carrying out the terms of this Order and Settlement Agreement.
2. Proceedings as between the Defendant and the Defendants to the Part 21 Claim shall not be affected.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Liberty to apply.
