UPON the First and Second Defendants’ application CFI-026-2009/22 dated 11 December 2014

AND UPON the parties having agreed to extend the time by which evidence is to be filed and served at paragraphs 9 and 10 of the Order of Deputy Chief Justice Sir John Chadwick issued on 30 October 2014

BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The time by which the Defendants shall file and serve evidence in answer to the Claimants’ evidence in accordance with paragraph 9 of the order of Deputy Chief Justice Sir John Chadwick issued on 30 October 2014 be extended until 4pm on Monday, 15 December 2014.
2. The time by which the Claimants may file and serve evidence in reply, if any, to the Defendants’ evidence served in accordance with paragraph 9 be extended until 4pm on Monday, 5 January 2015.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
