AND UPON reading the Claimants' further response dated 6th January 2010;

AND UPON reading the First Defendant's further reply dated 6th January 2010.

IT IS ORDERED as follows:

 

1. The Period for filing the First Defendant's defence under RDC 16.9 be extended until 4pm on 21st January 2010.

 

2. The Claimants are to pay the First Defendant's costs of the application, to be assessed if not agreed.
