AND the parties having agreed to the terms of settlement set out in the attached Schedule

 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. There be a full and final settlement of SCT 018/2010 as per the terms of the Settlement Agreement attached as Schedule A. The Schedule is to be treated as a confidential document not open to inspection without the permission of a Justice of the DIFC Courts.

 

2. Appeal No. CFI 027/2010 is dismissed without further order.

 

3. That all further proceedings in this claim be stayed except for the purpose of carrying such terms into effect.

 

4. Liberty to apply as to carrying such terms into effect.
