1. These proceedings be stayed pursuant to Article 5 of Dubai Decree No. 19 of 2016 (with respect to the Joint Judicial Committee) and the Court’s case management powers pursuant to Rule 4.2(6) of the Rules of the DIFC Courts.

2. No order as to costs.
