UPON reading the Part 8 Claim Form dated 5 November 2009

AND UPON the Claimant's Application Notice dated 5 November 2009 requesting, among other things, urgent interim relief;

AND UPON reading the First Affidavit of Kaashif Basit dated 8 November 2009

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Until a full hearing of the Application Notice, the date of which to be fixed by the Court, or further Order, the Claimant shall preserve and retain in its custody the original Documents (as defined in the Affidavit of Kaashif Basit) as an Officer of the DIFC Courts and shall not provide the original or copies of the Documents to any party.

 

2. Service of the Claim Form, Application Notice and Affidavit of Kaashif Basit by email upon the Parties legal representatives in the UAE and on the Parties as follows to be considered good service:
