UPON hearing the Defendant's application in respect of the consolidation of cases CFI 31/2009 and CFI 32/2009

AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Cases CFI 31/2009 and CFI 32/2009 be consolidated with immediate effect and be now referred to as CFI 31/2009.

 

2. The Defense previously submitted in CFI 31/2009 and the Claim submitted in CFI 32/2009 are now considered to be one statement of case and to constitute the Defence and Counterclaim in CFI 31/2009.

 

3. The parties are encouraged to discuss settlement.

 

4. The parties are free to submit further application to the Courts.

 

5. Costs reserved.
