CONSENT ORDER
UPON considering the Freezing Order granted by his H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 29 December 2011 and as amended on 4 January 2012;
AND UPON the Claimant and both Defendants having agreed to the terms set forth in this Consent Order:
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The proceedings in relation to Claim No. CFI 031/2011 be discontinued;
2. The Freezing Order by his H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi made 29 December 2011 and amended on 4 January 2012 ("the Freezing Order") be discharged with immediate effect;
3. The Claimant will immediately take all reasonable steps to inform in writing anyone to whom they have given notice of the Freezing Order, or who they have reasonable grounds for supposing may act upon the Freezing Order, that it has ceased to have effect;
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
