ORDER
UPON reading the Application no 002/2011;
AND UPON reading the correspondence thereto;
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Respondents shall deliver to the Applicant within 14 days of the date of this Order:
1.1 all books papers or records which the Respondents have in their possession and to which Orion Holdings Overseas Limited ("the Company") appears to be entitled; and
1.2 all other information and documentation which the Respondents have in their possession concerning the Company, its promotion, formation, business, dealings, affairs or property including any working papers.
2. Ernst & Young Dubai LLP shall be liable for 25% of the costs of this application, such costs to be summarily assessed if not agreed.
3. The remaining costs of and incidental to this application be payable from the assets of the Company.
