AND UPON the parties filing and serving Responses and Objections to the Requests to Produce on 18 January 2024
AND UPON the parties agreeing to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 9 of the CM Order be amended as follows:
"Where there are no objections to a particular Request contained in a Request to Produce, documents responsive to that Request shall be produced by no later than 4pm on 1 February 2024".
2. There shall be no order as to costs.
