UPON the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 29 September 2022 (the ‘‘CMO’’)

UPON the Consent Order dated 16 November 2022 (the ‘‘16 November Consent Order’’)

AND UPON the parties agreeing to the terms of this Consent Order

IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. Paragraph 1 of the 16 November Consent Order shall be amended as follows:

"The parties shall file and serve a Request to Produce, if any, by no later than 4pm on 18 November 2022”

2. There shall be no order as to costs.
