AND UPON the Order with Reasons of H.E. Chief Justice Wayne Martin dated 26 June 2025 dismissing the Renewed Application for Permission to Appeal (the “Order”)

AND UPON the Order and ordering the Defendant to pay the Claimant’s costs of the Renewed Application for Permission to Appeal

AND UPON the Claimant’s costs submission dated 9 July 2025 in compliance with paragraph 4 of the Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Order, the costs to be paid to the Claimant by the Defendant are quantified in the amount of USD 21,865.44 inclusive of VAT.
