UPON reviewing the Second Defendant’s Application Notice CFI-047-2017/7, filed on 17 April 2017, for a Court Order requesting a stay in CFI-047-2017, in so far as those proceedings involve the Second Defendant (the “Proceedings”), pending a referral of the Proceedings to the Joint Judicial Committee (the “Referral Case”)

AND UPON reviewing the evidence provided

AND UPON reviewing all other relevant documents on the case file

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The abovementioned Proceedings, only in so far as they involve the Second Defendant, including any and all outstanding applications, appeals and procedures, shall be stayed pending the outcome of the Referral Case by the JJC.
2. No order as to costs.
